Are you accepting “exchange” plans?

We are currently accepting Health Insurance Marketplace plans—as we have not yet been notified of any significant reimbursement reductions with our contracted payers that are providing such plans. We are monitoring our experience with these plans very closely, and we reserve the right to stop accepting these plans should we encounter any reimbursement delays or reductions.

Your exchange policy will not be accepted as payment for services rendered if you are in month 2 or 3 of the “Three-month Grace Period” for premium non-payment; services may be received during this period as a self-pay patient only. We will only again accept your policy as payment when we receive notification from your payer that your policy is again in good standing.
