Operations During the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration

Our office is operating as normal during this emergency declaration regarding the COVID-19 virus outbreak.

If you have any concerns please call our office, especially if you suspect exposure to COVID-19, and we will advise you on the next step(s) to take. We are in daily communication with the Health Department and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) regarding the latest procedural best-practices. We have adjusted our schedule to keep well check visits separated from sick visits, and we are maintaining our facilities at the highest level of cleanliness possible.

COVID-19 Hotline

Due to low call volumes, CHOA closed this hotline on April 17th.

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) has established a COVID-19 hotline for answering community concerns regarding COVID-19. The hotline is staffed from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily by CHOA employees specifically trained to answer questions regarding COVID-19. If you have any concerns, you can call the hotline at 404-785-7955.

Please keep your scheduled wellness appointments.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has issued a statement stressing that all wellness checks should continue as normal, especially for patients two years of age or younger. Going to a doctor’s appointment is allowed travel under the current shelter-in-place order.

All sick visits are being conducted in your car.

DO NOT ENTER OUR OFFICE IF YOU ARE COMING FOR A SICK VISIT, please remain in your car and our staff will come out to you.
