You may update your Direct Primary Care (DPC) enrollment by using the self-service membership portal.
Managing your membership is simple, given two things:
- You understand the structure of your membership account. The parent/guardian is the holder of the guarantor account. The guarantor account holds your family’s membership(s), your payment option and your invoices. Your child(ren)’s account(s) is connected to your guarantor account by your configured membership(s). You must be signed into your guarantor account to make any changes to your family’s enrollment (including your payment option and access to your invoices).
- The parent/guardian’s date-of-birth must be on file in the guarantor’s account. This is not as simple as it might seem, because our vendor, Hint, has a serious defect in the enrollment form: the form does not allow the parent/guardian to enter his/her date-of-birth during completion.
To access your membership account, use the “Membership Portal” link found above or at the top of any page on our website. You will first be asked to enter your registered email address. After entering the security code sent to the supplied email address, you should be notified that multiple accounts exist with this supplied email address. This is expected as there is your guarantor account plus one or more accounts for each child. You are asked to enter a date-of-birth to determine which account to access. Enter the enrolled parent/guardian’s date-of-birth.
If the portal is unable to locate your guarantor account, then you most likely do not have your date-of-birth on file in your guarantor account. Please contact our office so that we can update your account.
Once signed in, you should see the parent/guardian’s initials in the account icon in the upper right corner of the page.
The guarantor account is the only account where your family’s enrollment information can be viewed and/or updated. If you are in a child’s account, use the “Sign Out” link to correctly sign out of the membership portal. Repeat the sign in process, being sure to use the enrolled parent/guardian’s date-of-birth to validate the account to access.
If the portal is unable to locate your guarantor account, then you most likely do not have your date-of-birth on file in your guarantor account. Please contact our office so that we can update your account.
